उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग (उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय) के पत्रांक-02/वि01-66/ 2019-581 f45-02.03.2023 ERT Statute for B.Ed/M.Ed/B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed Course (Admission & Fee Determination) conducted by recognised institutions in the State of Jharkhand-2020 जिसमे पूर्व के  विभागीय अधिसूचना सं0- 792 दिनांक 18.04.2018 के आलोक में अधिसूचित (Government/Government Aided/Unaided/Self-financed and Private recognized B.Ed. institutions) में निर्धारित न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया गया है।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed.) 

• Candidate with at least 50% (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC (BC-1/BC-II)/PWD & other reserved categories) marks either in Bachelor’s Degree and /or in Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/ Humanities/Commerce, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and mathematics with 55% (50% in case of SC/ST/OBC (BC-I/BC-II)/PWD & other reserved categories) marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for consideration in admission to B.Ed/B.P.Ed course.
• The Candidate will have to choose only one subject (within a subject category) which she/he must have studied in the qualifying degree. i.e., Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree for at least 200 marks and out of which obtained at least 50% in that subject. The subject will henceforth be referred to as the teaching subject in the B.Ed/B.P.Ed course. 2.3 There is no restriction in the passing year to apply in B.Ed, course. 2.4 Students in the final year of Bachelor/Master programme shall also be eligible to apply for B.Ed admission; however, their candidature shall be subject to the submission of final result.
• The result and ranking shall be decided on the basic of marks obtained in Common Entrance Test. The ranking list shall be prepared in descending order and shall contain twise the number of sanctioned intake. In case of tie, the relative merit of a candidate shall be resolved in the following order of preference and methodology, as specified below:

                (i) NCC ‘C’ Certificate/ NSS Certificate.

               (ii) Candidates having their date of birth in descending order i.e., elder will be given preference over younger candidates.

• उपरोक्त के आलोक में दिनांक 01.02.2023 को प्रकाशित विज्ञापन संख्या: जे०सी०ई०सी०ई०बी०/92/22-02 दिनांक 31.01.2023 में निर्धारित बी०एड० प्रवेश प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा- 2023 हेतु पूर्व निर्धारित आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि दिनांक – 10.03.2023 को एतद् द्वारा दिनांक 31.03.2023 तक विस्तारित की जाती है। अभ्यर्थी दिनांक 31. 03.2023 तक ऑनलाईन भरे गये आवेदन में पुनः लॉगईन कर आवश्यक संशोधन भी कर सकते हैं। बी० एड० प्रवेश प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा 2023 के पूर्व विज्ञापित विज्ञापन सं० जे. सी. ई. सी. ई.बी./92/22-02 दिनांक 31.01.2023 को इस हद तक संशोधित समझा जाये।
